Everyone has their preferred point of banana ripeness. I like mine completely yellow, without a brown spot in sight. Some people like them freckled and some monsters like them mushy and brown. No matter what your preference, buying a whole bunch at once always seems to leave you with some less than desirable nanners.
Genius at work. E-mart in Korea is now selling the “One a Day Banana” pack, containing several bananas of different ripeness so that you can eat them over several days. https://t.co/VWEkSsE1my pic.twitter.com/V2uLRLKpwL

But one extremely clever Korean supermarket has solved this very pressing problem by selling a pack of bananas at varying stages of ripeness, so that you may enjoy one each day as it becomes perfectly ripe. There is, as far as I know, no such service available in Australia, but there’s no reason you can’t create your own by purchasing a couple of bananas from various bunches.
Grab a couple that are perfect right now, a couple that are barely green and two more that are mostly green. Eat them as they ripen, never settling for a too-mushy banana ever again.
