We all know that working out is important, but sometimes actually making it to the gym is easier said than done. This week ClassPass unveiled a new app that can potentially make squeezing a workout in those days a little easier.

Called ClassPass Go, the free iOS and Android app offers a ton of quick trainer-directed workouts you can do using just your phone. Classes are broken down into three sections: cardio, strength, and balance and each include a number of different workouts, each categorised by what skill level you need to try them.

They’re also not terribly long. The beginner runner section, for instance, includes workouts that start at just eight minutes long and then scale up to 49 minutes. The shortest yoga workout in six minutes long, while the longest is 49 minutes.

The idea here is you can pick a workout for the time you have, not try to fit a longer workout into a shorter period of time. Running for 15 minutes is a lot better than not running at all, after all.

Unfortunately, stuff like the yoga is audio only which means you’re going to need a bit of knowledge going in (at least enough to know what positions they’re talking about) before you can really get a true workout. There is a bit of photo guidance as well to help you along.

That said, if you’ve only got 15 minutes to workout and want a little guidance from a personal trainer while you do, the app could be just what the doctor ordered.
