Ditch the wok.
Unless you have a gas stove top that takes a wok, it will not cook evenly.
Flat-bottom woks are okay for purpose, but not the traditional round ones, especially on an electric stove. A good cast-iron skillet will do a better job and is more useful for other things though.
I have a high sided roundy wok pan that has a slightly flattened bottom that sits on my stove top. It was the cheapest bit of kit that I’ve ever bought and turned out to be the best.
Slice your protein. Cubes are for noobs.

Packet of noodles, packet of ALDI stirfry veg mix, packet of meat/fish, bottle of stirfry sauce.
Cook the meat, throw the rest in. Cook until tender, throw in the noodles if desired to warm through.
