Listen To Esther Perel Talk About What It Means To Be A Man, Live In Conversation At Lifehacker

For our first Livehacker event, we hosted an evening with therapist, author and podcast host Esther Perel; divorce lawyer James J. Sexton; and multi-talented performer Donald Shorter, Jr. We had posed this question to our guests: "How should a man be?" Their exploration of this topic was as entertaining as it was illuminating.

Plus, a Q&A with the audience.

An interesting podcast, I particularly warmed to Esther's comments where she sees these issues as a journey that both man and woman must make together. Her points were very insightful. My only negative comment would be the title of the article - What It Means To Be A Man - gee, not one positive comment about the male of the species. Perhaps a part 2 which explores the positive side of men?
