You Should Store Your Plastic Wrap In The Freezer

Plastic wrap is perhaps the most infuriating, but necessary kitchen item in existence. Though buying the good stuff at a restaurant supply store makes it less infuriating, where you store it can also affect how difficult it is to handle.

According to The Kitchn, the best place to store the filmy stuff is in the freezer, where the cold air can help cut down on static cling. It sounds crazy, but actually works.

I personally do not have a a big enough freezer to do this all the time, but popping a roll in there for a few minutes also helps. And when it comes to cling wrap, I’ll take all the help I can get.
