How To Boost Your Monday Mood With Dogs And Google

It's Monday and the weekend is gone (at least, for another five days), meaning you're probably not cranking out TPS reports at work as fast as usual. Why not take a break and engage in some self-care with Google's Pup View project? If you've ever wanted to see Japan from the back of an Akita, now's your chance (at least until it's time for your afternoon meetings).

The Pup View project is part of Google's Year of the Dog, a series of dog-themed experiments (like neural networks that analyse your dog drawing).

The Akita dogs, outfitted with harnesses and 360-degree cameras, travelled through Odate city, in the Akita prefecture located in the northern region of Japan.

To see more views locations in Pup View, select the icon at the top left of the Google Maps window. You'll see the list of locations where the dogs captured 360-degree images of the idyllic landscape — locations you can dream of from the comfort of your used Aeron chair.
