This Twitter Bot Will Interview You Like You’re Famous

Do you ever give an imaginary TV interview in the shower about all your very important opinions? Do you wish more people would tag you in those “ask me anything” memes? Well now a bot will interview you like you’re a pop star, using questions from old issues of UK music magazine Smash Hits.

Follow Smash Hits Interview Bot and tweet at it, and the bot will reply with an interview question. (It might take a few minutes; the bot is new and popular, and it keeps hitting Twitter’s maximum tweeting frequency as people talk to it.) Repeat as needed. You can carry on a little conversation and feel like someone is interested in every detail of your life. Shut up it’s not lonely it’s FUN, look:

The bot comes from Rob Manuel, co-creator of the classic goofy web forum B3ta. His other Twitter bots include Swear Clock, which uses incredibly filthy language to tell the time, and the fake headline generator Clickbait Robot. As Twitter bots go, they’re all particularly creative and engaging.
