Well, folks, we’ve come to the final day of the March flexibility challenge. How did it go?
Perhaps you made some measurable change in your stretchiness — like you can touch your toes where you couldn’t before. Or maybe you’ve just started on a flexibility journey that will continue for months or years. If so, hats off to you. Or you just managed to fit some stretches into your workout routine and found a pattern where you were doing them consistently. Any of these counts as a success!
Personally, I didn’t commit to this one like I should have, but I did take a few sessions to stretch this month. I normally don’t stretch at all, so hey, that’s an improvement.
