Dare To Make This Giant Cinnamon Roll

Dare To Make This Giant Cinnamon Roll

Everyone knows that cinnamon rolls are a delicious indulgence. What this recipe presupposes is… maybe they should be bigger? I mean like a lot bigger. It’s possible, and honestly it’s beautiful, too.

The evil geniuses at Taste – I ought to recognise Kelly Conaboy here by name, god bless her – set out to make the biggest cinnamon roll possible in a normal home kitchen. It requires a 41cm shortcake pan, a kitchen table-sized work surface, and, oh, just 14 cups of flour. It’s labour-intensive and messy, but the results are extremely impressive.

The write-up is as delicious as the recipe’s results, so I strongly suggest you give yourself a treat and go read it, even if this baked behemoth isn’t in your cards. But if you do tackle this project, please tell me how it goes in the comments.
