Hump Day Deals: Myer 20% Off Sale, Cheap Nintendo Switches, Gadgets Galore


Hump day (AKA Wednesday) is arguably the most boring day of the week. So why not liven things up by grabbing one of these nifty online bargains? Deals that caught our eye this week include: Myer’s eBay store running a 20% off sale, Nintendo Switch bundles are going cheap, a lot of discounted gadget buys.

  • Origin is giving away both Steamworld Dig and Star Wars Battlefront season passes on PC for free. Click here to get the download.
  • OzGameShop has free shipping if you enter the code ‘SH1P’ or express shipping for $1.99 – hurry though, the deal ends tomorrow, October 26, at midnight!
  • Kotaku have done well, rounding up the cheapest prices for some huge game releases this week – check out their guides for the cheapest copies of Assassin’s Creed Origins, Super Mario Odyssey and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
  • eBay is running 10% off practically everything, with some exclusions – so you can grab a HTC Vive from the Microsoft eBay store for $899.10, a huge saving off the RRP
  • Humble Bundle have a Day of the Devs bundle, highlighted by some Double Fine classics such as Grim Fandango, in this week’s bundle.
  • Nintendo Switch plus Mario + Rabbids for $445.05 is a sweet deal from the EB Games eBay store. OzBargain has all the details.
  • Playstation store’s Deal of the Week is all about the Witcher 3, which you can grab for $24.95 (and that’s the GOTY edition)
  • Computers/Gadgets

  • Some pretty excellent gadget deals on GoPros and headphones at Crazy or What if you used the code ‘ScrewPP’ to score 10% off storewide.
  • Sennheiser PXC 550s for $374.20, shipped. Great set of headphones.
  • Grab a 55″ LG UHD LED for $1595 from the Good Guys. Offer ends October 31.
  • If you head to JB Hi-Fi, they have quite a few deals on Sony products at the moment – action cameras, headphones etc.
