Video: Today’s lunch break workout comes from one of our longtime favourites, FitnessBlender. It’s no equipment, no frills, just 10 solid minutes of simple butt-centric exercises.

Modifications: If your butt (or any other body part) gets tired, just take breaks as needed.

Equipment: None.

Sweat Factor: Minimal. I only started sweating toward the end; your sweat, of course, will vary.
