Opera Makes Song And Dance About New Features

While Chrome has won the crown as the most popular desktop browser, it’s not the only game in town. Opera continues to add new features. Last year, it was the addition of an integrated VPN that won it headlines. This week, Opera released a new version. Codenamed Reborn, it allows messenger apps to reside within the browser without the need to install any extensions or apps.

Reborn integrates Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram at the moment. They can all be open at the same time and there are keyboard shortcuts so you can easily shift between each platform.

There are a number of other changes introduced in this new release including UI changes including a new colour scheme, changes to how tabs work and better support for different display resolutions.
