Australians Can Watch Live NFL Games On Amazon Prime This Spring

American football season is still a couple of months away, but that doesn’t stop you from figuring out how to watch Thursday Night Football. If you have Amazon Prime, you can stream the games live for the upcoming season.

Amazon has struck a deal with the NFL to stream Thursday Night Football games to Prime subscribers worldwide later this year. You’ll be able to stream the games similar to how you access other videos on the Prime platform. Pay TV can be expensive, so if you’re keeping your subscription just for access to sports games like these, exploring online options for streaming can save you quite a bit.

Of course, streaming online has it’s own problems. It can be slow or glitchy (so you miss out on key plays). You’re also dependent on your own internet working well when you’re trying to stream so that you catch all the action. So, if you’re already a Prime member, maybe stream the first game of the season and then cancel your pay TV subscription once you know things are running smoothly.
