Google added the ability to search within apps from the search bar in Android a while ago. Now, it’s added one of the most useful reasons to do so. You can finally find your Drive files from the search box.
Before, if you wanted to search through your Google Drive files on Android, you’d have to open the Drive app to search for them. Now, you can simply search from Google on your phone, then tap “In Apps” in the top bar to look through your files. This is much quicker and handier than opening an app just to find your TPS reports.
