Turn Cookies Into An Awesome Pie Crust In 60 Seconds

Turn Cookies Into An Awesome Pie Crust In 60 Seconds

Why use a store-bought pie crust when you can make your own in almost no time? This video explains how to turn ginger biscuits into a pie crust in under a minute.

This could not be simpler. All you need is:

  • A rolling pin
  • Crumbly-style ginger biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • A pie pan
  • Two rags or towels

Just lay one of the towels down, throw some biscuits on there, and put the other towel on top. Pound and roll with the rolling pin to crumble everything up, mix it in a bowl with the other ingredients, and press it into the pie pan. Fill with pumpkin or your favourite pie filling. Talk about simple!
