Prep A Bunch Of Brussels Sprouts At Once With Two Bowls

Roasted Brussels sprouts are one of many edible joys, but the prep work can be a bit tedious. In addition to de-stemming each sprout, any dirty or bruised outer leaves need to be peeled off. To save your fingers some stress and yourself some time, you’ll just need to grab two bowls.

You gotta see it to be-leaf it. (The hack you need for separating leaves from your Brussels sprouts from @kristinasw0rld)

The above video shows you everything you need to know, but the method is pretty simple. Just cut the stems off the sprouts as usual and place them in a bowl. Invert a similarly-sized bowl over the first one, hold them together and shake, shake, shake. The outer leaves will fall away, leaving you with pristine sprouts that are ready for roasting.
