Make Your Own iPhone And Apple Watch Charging Dock Out Of Block Of Wood

Docks for iPhones and Apple Watches are a dime a dozen, but if you want to make your own, YouTuber I Like to Make Stuff made one out of a small block of wood.

While he makes a iPhone and Apple Watch dock, this would work with any phone with a couple of modifications, and you can easily get rid of the Apple Watch part if you don’t have one. There are a lot of tools involved with this project, including a lathe, sander, Dremel, bandsaw, and more, but the end result is a pretty slick looking little dock. As always, don’t forget that you can always hit up a local hackerspace if you don’t want to rush out and buy a bunch of tools. Head over to YouTube for the parts list and more info.
