Make A Souffle Cheesecake With Just Three Ingredients

This soufflé cheesecake, also known as Japanese cotton cheesecake, is beautiful, fluffy and requires only a few ingredients you might already have in your kitchen.

YouTuber Ochikeron posted the video tutorial above. You’ll need three eggs, 120g of white chocolate and 120g of softened cream cheese. The steps include melting the chocolate, whipping egg whites into a meringue and combining all the ingredients. Then you’ll bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 170C, lower the heat to 160C for 15 minutes and bake for 15 minutes more using the residual heat.

Unlike classic cheesecakes, you don’t have to wait hours for the cake to chill in the fridge (if you don’t want to). Slice it up and eat it right away.
