Classic Hacks: Turn A Bag Of Chips Into Its Very Own Serving Bowl


This one’s an oldie but when one of our co-workers turned his packet of chips into a self-serving snack bowl, it garnered enough attention in the office that compelled me to revive this hack.

I can’t remember when I first saw this neat trick but it’s definitely one that has come in handy over the years, especially when you’re sharing snacks at a gathering and don’t want them going everywhere. It also looks a lot better than having random packets of chips just laying around and it saves you from washing up a serving bowl.

The trick is very simple: open a packet of chips. Grab the two bottom corners and start rolling the packet up into itself. There are a number of videos on YouTube that goes through this process.
