Turn Any And All Leftover Christmas Cookies Into Cookie Butter

Turn Any And All Leftover Christmas Cookies Into Cookie Butter

If you happen to have any Christmas cookies still hanging out, chances are they’re past their eating prime. Stale cookies aren’t the bad news you think they are though, as they can now become that divine substance known as “cookie butter”.

The above video from Tasting Table has all the delicious deets, but you’ll just need cookies (about two and a half cups); half a cup of full cream milk; and cinnamon, ground cloves and allspice. Blend it all together until smooth, and enjoy on toast, bananas, ice cream and your favourite spoon. (Also, don’t fret if you ate up all the Christmas cookies; this recipe works with pretty much any cookie.)
