Need ice for your esky this Australia Day? UberEATS can deliver it to you for free.
If you’re planning an outdoor party this Australia Day, chances are you’re going to need some ice to keep the drinks/meats for the BBQ nice and cold. If you’re too lazy to go out and get ice on the day, UberEATS is offering to deliver 5kg bags of ice to you for free.
The free ice delivery deal is available to new customers only and is valid for orders of up to $10. New customers will need to download the UberEATS app, create an account and use the promo code: BACKYARDHERO.
Existing customers will be able to get ice delivered, but it will cost them. 5kg worth of bagged ice will cost $5 and there is a delivery fee on top, depending on your location.
Deliveries will be made between 11am and 3pm and is limited to UberEATS’ coverage zones in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. You can find the UberEATS coverage map here.
