When the sun is blazing down, you need cool, icy refreshment, and you need it fast. To get delicious, fruity slushies in record time, all you need is some juice, a sheet pan, and your freezer.

This trick is like a granita, only easier. Just pour your favourite fruit juice into a sheet pan and pop it in the freezer for about an hour. Once you have a giant, frozen sheet of fruity goodness, crack it up and throw it in a blender until it reaches the desired slushy consistency. Enjoy with a spoon or through a straw and feel your body temp start to drop. It’s the simplest, easiest icy fruity treat you’ll ever make.
