Chocolate magic shell is a flawless ice cream topping, but there’s nothing wrong with mixing it up. If you’re a fan of peanut butter — and who isn’t — you can make your own peanut butter magic shell with just two ingredients.
The above video can walk you through the entire process, but it’s super freaking easy. Just combine half a cup of smooth peanut butter with a quarter of a cup of coconut oil and microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Stir, let cool to room temperature, pour over your favourite ice cream and watch the magic happen.
