Make Perfect Pumpkin Pasta With Just Two Ingredients

Make Perfect Pumpkin Pasta With Just Two Ingredients

Pumpkin pasta may seem like a dish that can only be obtained at an insufferably hip restaurant, but you can actually make your own at home with just two ingredients. (Spoiler: One of them is pumpkin.)

The link below can walk you through the process in detail, but all you need to do is scoop three cups of plain flour onto a clean work surface, dig out a little well and scoop some pumpkin in there. Work it all together with your (very clean) hands until you have a sticky dough, then roll it out into very thin sheets. Cut it into strips using a pizza cutter and cook in boiling water for two minutes, until the pasta floats to the top. Drain, toss with some sort of sauce (or just butter and sage) and devour your dish.
