Leftover Pizza Egg-In-A-Hole Is Your New Favourite Breakfast

I know none of you ever have any leftover pizza, but if some lesser being happens to leave some lying around, you should probably use it to make a delicious egg-in-a-hole.

As the above video shows, this works particularly well with Sicilian-style pizza. Just cut out a hole with a cookie cutter or water glass, heat the pizza in a pan for about five minutes, crack an egg in the hole, sprinkle and little salt and pepper on there and pop the whole thing in the oven at 220C for about four minutes. It’s a breakfast so decadent and delicious, I would recommend intentionally ordering too much pizza (it there were such a thing).
