Hide The Giant MacOS Sierra Update Banner In The Mac App Store With A Click

Mac: If you haven’t updated to macOS Sierra, you’re probably pretty annoyed by the giant banner that appears in the updates tab in the App Store. Thankfully, OS X Daily points out that you can get rid of it.

Open up the App Store as you usually would, then click the Updates tab. If you’re not on Sierra, you’ll probably see a huge banner asking you to upgrade. Right-click that banner, then select “Hide Update”. That’s it, the big Sierra banner will disappear.
