A Five-Minute Workout You Can Do In A Hotel Room

Getting good exercise while you’re travelling is tough, especially if you don’t have much time or space. Here’s a quick high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout you can do in a hotel room without any special equipment.

Each move should be done for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest inbetween sets. Do two sets for each exercise. You can see a demo of the whole thing in the video above.

As mentioned in the video, this workout is great for getting your extra energy out or soothing your anxiety before a long car ride or flight, but it also works if you just want to get some exercise and don’t know where else to do it.
