Is it the easiest thing you’ll ever make? No, but it’s not that difficult, and it’s one of the most joyous things you’ll ever make. The only special equipment you’ll need is a candy thermometer, and then it’s simply a matter of making a caramel, some nougat, tempering chocolate and layering it into a bar that is truly the size of fun.
