What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

Cloud storage (Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Office 365), Wunderlist (list making), QuickBooks Online (keeping track of business).

What social network do you find the most useful?

Twitter for news, Facebook for friends, LinkedIn for professional connections.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Build in time to step back and evaluate progress regularly to assess what might need to change in the strategy or my leadership style.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

The importance of culture in building a product and service that customers love.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

Being me! And working on learning every day to become a better version of me.

What’s your sleep routine like?

Varies depending on the needs of a busy family and business commitments, but at the very least I aim to do a Headspace meditation to wind down to sleep.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Learn from those who have been where you are, but also expand your horizons by hanging out with people from different fields – they’ll challenge you and offer unique perspectives on your business.
