Make Super Quick Soft Serve With Frozen Fruit And Condensed Milk

Sweetened condensed milk is a surefire shortcut for making no-churn ice cream and, when paired with frozen fruit, it can be transformed into a frozen dessert in almost no time.

To make this sweet, fruity treat, simply combine 680g pounds of frozen, chopped fruit (any fruit will do, and the link below has some great suggestions) with 3/4 cups of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Blitz until smooth, transfer to a seal-able container, and pop it in the freezer until just firm. Given the fact you started with frozen fruit, this shouldn’t take very long, maybe half an hour at the most.
