What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Build a strong foundation for the business to support its future growth. Listen to your prospects, customers and partners, you can learn a lot from them.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

It just amazes me the number of customers who i speak with who have such an incredibly positive opinion of our technology.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

Communication. Building lasting meaningful relationships with my customers, partners and prospects.

What’s your sleep routine like?

It varies a lot.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Don’t try to take on everything, you won’t be effective. Focus on the key business objectives and utilise the skills and experience of the team around you.
