Ramy Saleh at Breaking Muscle has designed nine workouts that are all 10 minutes or less and don’t require any equipment beyond the kettlebell. For beginners, he suggests picking up an eight or 16kg kettlebell. Your first workout option is devastatingly simple: Every minute, do 10 kettlebell swings and five burpees, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
