Sometimes, you just need to jot something down quickly without fumbling around opening up an application. TextPad’s a web app that does just that.
TextPad is a plain text editor through and through. You can write, flip over to a dark mode and save. That’s it. TextPad doesn’t automatically save anything or sync anything, but you can manually download a TXT files when you’re done writing. It’s a handy link to keep accessible in your browser for when you just need to write down a quick note. There’s long been an HTML trick that works similarly, but TextPad at least lets you save.
