You Can Now Share Pictures From Other iOS Apps Directly To Instagram

Instagram now allows users to share photos directly from other iOS apps using the sharing extension that was introduced by Apple in iOS 8. This has been a long-awaited feature for Instagram addicts who use iPhones. Here’s what you need to know.

It’s a highly requested feature ever since the app sharing feature was introduced. Previously, when you wanted to share a picture from Instagram on iOS, you have to launch the app first cycle through your camera roll in-app.

With Instagram’s 8.2 update from the App Store, you can now click the share extension from any app that supports it to share it directly to Instagram. This will make photo sharing to the app infinitely more convenient.

You can download Instagram’s latest update from the App Store.
