Start Your Day On A Cute, Happy Note By Setting A ‘Cuddle Alarm’

We set two alarms, 10 minutes apart. The first one is the “cuddle alarm.” On days he works, it’s 12-hour shifts so we don’t have much time together. Having 10 minutes in bed together being mushy and in love is a great way to start the morning (plus, I HATE cuddling before bed; GIVE ME SPACE and get your sweaty body away from me). — ccseren

Ten minutes may not seem like a lot of time, but that extra little bit of affection before starting your day can go along way. Before you get all cynical and “think of the single people!” in the comments, keep in mind that I am one of those single people, and I’m here to tell you that this cuddle alarm system works just as well with a pet (such as a King Charles Spaniel) as it does with a human. If you’re still dissatisfied, click the below link for more suggestions on how to make getting up a little easier. There’s a pretty good one about a breakfast sandwich.
