What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

Spotify, Strava, Facebook, LinkedIn and Uber. For business use, BlueJeans, OKTA, Google Mail/Drive/Docs and my Fairfax subscription.

What social network do you find the most useful?

LinkedIn and Facebook.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

It is so important to establish a hiring and development framework that enables you to build a team that encompasses the characteristics of intellect, drive, experience and character.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

Finding so many like-minded people that are passionate and dedicated to the success of our business. It’s more than just a job for them.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

When I set my mind to achieving something, all of my energy and focus goes into making sure it happens.

What’s your sleep routine like?

Sporadic. Combining a busy career with heavy training commitments for an Ironman event means I see a lot more sunrises that I would prefer to.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Our industries are being disrupted every day. Developing the skill and ability to see the changes coming is fundamental to staying ahead. Being agile, willing to listen, learn and quickly adapt to change are essential to ensuring success in our constantly evolving economy.
