Strictly, Breathe is a bit of “an app that shows you how to breathe”, but it also helps you visualise your breathing so you focus on each breath — not on the things that are stressing you out. Whether you like to do breathing meditation or you just want to take a few minutes at the office, stuck in traffic, on the train home, or before you start or end your day to do a few breathing exercises, the app can help. You can customise how long you want to inhale, hold or exhale, and the app offers pointers to help you out, too. You can see how it works in the video above.
