An Easy Way To Make Cheesy Garlic Fries On The Grill

Hey, do you like garlic French fries topped with cheese? Good thing you can learn this super easy way to cook some up at your next barbecue or car camping trip, from the folks at Delish.

To start, you’re going to need aluminium foil and frozen French fries. Although they don’t mention it, freshly cut potatoes could probably work, too (but may differ in cooking time). The aluminium foil will be used as your vessel for containing your heavenly, garlic-y goodness, so divvy up the French fries and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Wrap it up and seal the foil.

Place the secured aluminium foil packets on the grill on medium-high heat (or over coals) and cook for 20 minutes. Occasionally open them up to toss the fries around and prevent them from getting burnt. When the fries have become golden brown, remove the hot packets from heat and carefully open them up. While it’s still hot, add minced garlic, mix, and add your cheese blend, scallions, and other fixings (like bacon!).

As the guy eloquently puts it in the video, “Yup, French fries.”
