If you like the simplicity of Clear, but want a to-do list that’s more schedule-oriented, Sorted might be the task-juggling app you’ve always wanted.
Sorted is similar to Clear, both in essence and style (there’s even a familiar colour theme in the app called Cleared), but with the added ability to schedule times and reminders for tasks and organise them by type. To create a new task, you pull down the list, enter some text, select a tag (personal, work, important and so on) and use the slider on the left-hand side of the screen to set a time. You can make tasks repeat daily or only on specific days, and you can even break tasks down into checklists.
What really makes Sorted efficient, however, is that you can edit multiple tasks at the same time. If you’re running behind one day, you can select several tasks and push them back on the schedule all at once, or increase the time between each task with a reverse pinch gesture (demonstrated in the video above).
