Make Your Morning Latte Extra Indulgent With Malted Milk Powder

I rarely add any sweetener to my coffee but, as a huge fan of malt balls (Maltesers or gtfo), this malted milk latte from Food 52 sounds like malty, indulgent perfection.

To make this tasty treat, you’ll need three tablespoons of malted milk powder, one teaspoons of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract for two shots of espresso. Top it all with frothed milk for a latte that Starbucks can’t even begin to touch. If you don’t have a way to make espresso, just dump everything in some good, strong coffee. That’s what I’ll be doing, because I’m very lazy in the morning.
