Apple Music is a bit of a hard to use, baffling and poorly designed service, but it’s still a popular one. Now, if you’re a student, it’s also a bit cheaper with a new student plan.
The student plan costs $5.99 a month. The service itself is the same as any other subscription, and the discounted rate applies for four years after you sign up. You’ll need to verify your enrolment status when you sign up. Right now, the discount’s available for students in Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, Germany, Denmark and Ireland. You can switch over to the education pricing in your iCloud subscription settings.

Don’t forget that by agreeing to using Apple Music, you are also apparently agreeing to give them access to not only upload all the music that you have on your hard drive, but also for them to delete it from your drive when you unsubscribe.
