Open the app and you get a personal assistant who can recommend local restaurants, sights to see, even request pillows and towels from your hotel desk.
HotelTonight’s Aces concierge is available to you from the morning of your check-in until you check out of your room, and it’s designed to make the whole stay easier — not to mention a bit more luxurious. The service itself is a persistent chat where you can message with your assigned concierge at any time from within the app, as long as you have an active reservation, and they will handle your requests and let you know when it’s done.
Beyond the basic room amenities requests or simple dinner reservations, Aces can also help you find venues that have specific features you’re looking for. For example, if you want a bar that’s good for people watching (great if you’re travelling solo) or a music venue with awesome acoustics, you can outsource that research to Aces so you have more time to enjoy your trip.
