Get A Seat Near The Front Of The Plane To Avoid Missing Tight Connections

Missing your connecting flight can put a serious damper on your trip. If you know you won’t have much time to get from one flight to the next, the closer you can be to the front of the plane the better.

In this video from youtuber Hey Nadine, you’ll learn all kinds of clever tricks to make sure your next flying experience goes smoothly. We’ve covered some of these tips before, but one of Nadine’s recommendations is helpful advice if you have to make a tight connection after your next flight. Try to get a seat toward the front of the plane’s cabin so you can get off the plane faster and make it to your next flight in time. You’ll have to check-in early to pick your seat (or get there early if your airline doesn’t allow picking your seat), and it might cost you extra to sit toward the front, but it’s worth it. Nabbing a seat near the exit door can shave around 10 minutes off your deplaning time, and you might need it.
