Duplicate Email Drafts In Gmail For Easy Access To Repeating Emails

If you send a lot of the same email to different people, it’s a little annoying that Gmail deletes your drafts as soon as you send them. Digital Inspiration shows off how to build a Google Script that will duplicate drafts with a click.

The process to get this up and running requires that you authorise a Google Script first. Once that’s set up, you can select a draft to duplicate, then set the number of duplicates to make. The copied drafts will include the text, subject line and even any file attachments. This is pretty handy if you’re sending of the same resume to multiple companies or you’re just sending the same email to multiple people but don’t want to CC them. Head over to Digital Inspiration for a more detailed guide.
