Build A Portable Workshop That Can Handle All Kinds Of Projects And Then Shrink Down In Size

Video: Having a big, nice woodcutting station is great, but not everyone has the space required for that. DIYer Paoson Woodworking solves this with a portable workshop that folds down when not in use.

The final project works as a saw table, router and scroll saw. It also has big cabinets to store tools in alongside a locking door. All that comes alongside rolling wheels to move it around and an emergency stop mechanism. All told, this guides you through the process of making a very complete portable workshop that can handle a ton of different projects. The downside, of course, is that you’ll need a workshop to actually build this for yourself, but that’s one of the many things that hackerspaces are good for. You’ll find the full guide over on YouTube and you can snag the plans from Paoson Woodworking.
