Click the link below for full instructions and add-in ideas, but it’s a pretty easy process. To get bites with the best appearance and texture, make sure the tray is completely clean and bone dry, as any water can cause the chocolate to seize up and get grainy. Once your tray is prepped, melt your favourite chocolate in the microwave in 20-second bursts (stirring in between each burst) until there are just a couple of lumps left, then stir until they disappear. Fill the trays so each well is about 1.5cm full of delicious melted chocolate, and figure out your add-ins.

Nuts, dried fruit, homemade granola and sprinkles are all fun options. Just sprinkle them on top and gently press them into the squares. Let them set a few hours at room temperature, pop ’em out and enjoy.
