Focus Beta Now Locks Your Photos With A Fingerprint And Plays Video

Android: Focus has quickly become one of our new favourite photo management apps on Android. Now, the beta version can lock the entire app with your fingerprint and play videos natively.

Previously, Focus could add certain features to the “vault” so that they could only be accessed with a passcode or fingerprint. The beta, on the other hand, allows you to lock all of your photos behind your fingerprint (assuming your phone has a fingerprint sensor). It’s also added a basic video player so you don’t have to jump out to another app in order to watch a quick clip.

The beta has a ton of other little improvements that are worth checking out. If you want to try the beta, you’ll need to join the Google+ community here, then sign up to become a tester here. Then you’ll be prompted to download the new version.
