Some days, you just want to do as little as possible and the act of cooking food and feeding yourself could seem like a huge pain. Luckily, there is a way to make quick and easy meals using a mug and a microwave. Here are five easy-peasy recipes to curb your hunger for any meal of the day.
Cooking with a mug isn’t a new phenomenon but most of the recipes I’ve come across are for making desserts. Gemma Stafford at Bigger Bolder Baking has decided to share five recipes, one for each meal of the day, including snacks. There’s granola, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and banana muffin, pizza (this is not a typo), and chocolate brownie, all of which can be made in a few minutes with a handful of simple ingredients.
