Cooking with a mug isn’t a new phenomenon but most of the recipes I’ve come across are for making desserts. Gemma Stafford at Bigger Bolder Baking has decided to share five recipes, one for each meal of the day, including snacks. There’s granola, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and banana muffin, pizza (this is not a typo), and chocolate brownie, all of which can be made in a few minutes with a handful of simple ingredients.
