Docs Online Viewer Opens Up Most Major File Formats Directly In Chrome

Chrome: When you’re browsing for files online, it’s always a bit annoying to have to download something, then open it up in a third-party application just to view it. Docs Online Viewer lets you open up most major file formats you come across right in Chrome.

With Docs Online Viewer installed, you can open up links that include extensions such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT and PSD. When you come across a link to a file online, you’ll see Docs Online Viewer icon. Click that icon, and the file opens in Chrome. Unfortunately, you can’t just drag and drop files into Chrome to open them, but it’s still handy for anything you find online that you don’t want to download.
