There’s obviously nothing wrong with plain hot chocolate, but if you want Bluth’s Banana Stand in a mug, consider simmering the yellow peel along with your chocolaty brew.

This tip (along with seven others from Epicurious, linked below) couldn’t be easier. Simply throw a banana peel in the pot along with the usual suspects, simmer, and remove before doling out into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a cherry for banana split vibes.
